On Kaged's own Vanilla label, sodium fell from 160 mg to 125 mg per 31 g scoop. Potassium went from 159 mg to 170 mg and calcium from 124 mg to 122 mg. Protein 25 g, calories 110, carbohydrate 2 g and sugars 0 g did not move. The ingredient statement now lists sunflower lecithin, puts sea salt after the protease blend instead of third, and names stevia leaf extract where the earlier label named steviol glycosides.
