Covered a dated formula is on file. Covered / limit the evidence has a recorded constraint, such as a label not read yet; the product record says what would lift it. Covered / not reading the source is not answering right now, and monitoring tracks that gap. Not available monitoring cannot start on it yet, either because there is no recent valid reading to start a plan against or because monitoring for its category has not opened, so the product stays free.
Unchecked saved products stay in your free Locker. Existing watches keep their place unless you stop them in your Locker. Coverage is a defined set, not the market. Historical depth varies by product. Sources can be incomplete, stale, or unreadable, so monitoring tracks those limits but cannot guarantee every formula change is visible. Your collection, saved references, and research requests stay accessible if you cancel. You can export your Locker any time.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage billing from your account settings and cancel there. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your Locker, saved references and requests stay yours. Your earliest 3 watches continue free; additional watches pause.
What do I get without paying?

What if nothing changes?
You still get a dated account of the checking, including sources we could not read. No confirmed change is not proof that nothing changed. You are paying for the continuing work, not a quota of alerts.
What if my supplement is not covered?
Keep it in your Locker as a free research request. Coverage is U.S. pre-workouts, electrolyte and hydration products, creatine products, and protein powders, plus some adjacent products. Monitoring is open for pre-workouts, creatine products and protein powders, plus some adjacent products. Products in the other covered categories can be saved to a Locker free, and monitoring for them has not opened yet. Requests from other categories help us decide what to research. A request never promises a date or starts monitoring.
How often do you check?
Each covered product has its own schedule. Watched products have source checks scheduled every three to seven days. You can also request an earlier recheck. Your monitoring view shows the scheduled interval, last valid reading, and next due date. These are schedules, not guarantees of successful readings.
Which changes can trigger an alert?
Formula and serving-economics changes can trigger alerts when comparable evidence clears review. Claims and certifications are not yet active alert categories; we do not have qualifying pairs on file. Requests and changed webpages never become alerts on their own.
Does this tell me what is safe to take?
