What FormulaSignal provides.

The public Record, reports, Signals, and Ask surface describe what publicly accessible first-party sources declared, what changed, and when FormulaSignal observed it. The covered set is defined and may be incomplete. An observation date is not necessarily a manufacturing or change date.

02 · Limits

Evidence has a boundary.

FormulaSignal does not independently test products and does not provide medical, nutritional, dosing, legal, regulatory, or formulation advice. Sources may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or changed without notice. Nothing on the site establishes that a product is safe or effective.

If the Record cannot support a question, it returns insufficient evidence rather than guessing. Talk with a qualified health professional about whether a supplement fits your situation.

03 · Independence

Coverage is not endorsement.

FormulaSignal is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands and products it covers, and sells no sponsored conclusions or paid placements. No supplement brand pays us a commission. As an Amazon Associate FormulaSignal earns from qualifying purchases. Product pages, articles and your Locker link to the product's own Amazon listing where one is on file, built the same way for every product; nothing that ranks, compares or publishes a finding can read those links. Our own creator referral program can pay for FormulaSignal subscriptions, never for a particular finding. A brand customer does not buy a better conclusion, advance notice, or prepublication review.

Your free Locker and optional monitoring.

Your free Locker holds up to 24 saved products and research requests, with available dated label references, history, and export. An anonymous draft stays on this browser for up to 30 days. Sign in and explicitly import it to save it to your account. A saved label is a reference to a dated source, not proof of what is in your tub.

Signal Pro monitoring is billed monthly or annually at the price shown on Pricing and confirmed before checkout, for up to 10 eligible covered products. Choose the exact products before checkout. Plans renew automatically; tax may apply. Cancel through your account before renewal. Your free collection remains when monitoring ends.

Without a plan, 3 watches are free: your 3 earliest watched products keep their checking schedule and confirmed change emails, and further watches start with Signal Pro. If monitoring ends, your 3 earliest watches keep running free and the others pause; if you remove a free watch, your next earliest takes its place and you hear about changes confirmed from that day. Free watches are a feature we may change with notice, not a separate subscription.

Monitoring records valid readings, incomplete readings, and failures. Confirmed changes require comparable evidence and review. A quiet period is not proof that nothing changed. Research requests do not promise coverage or a completion date and are not paid monitoring.

04 · Paid pilot

The current pilot is $149 per month.

The FormulaSignal for Brands pilot is billed monthly through Stripe. Stripe handles payment details, receipts, invoices, and the customer billing portal. Cancel before the next billing date by email or through the billing portal.

Pilot intelligence is licensed for internal use by the customer company. Do not resell, redistribute, or present it as an independent research product of your own.

05 · Access and use

Use the service responsibly.

Accounts and paid monitoring are for adults 18 and older. Do not create an account for a child under 13 or submit a child’s personal information. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can investigate and arrange deletion.

Keep customer access links private and use the service only for lawful personal, business, or research purposes. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or submit passwords, full payment-card details, or health information by email.

06 · Corrections and support

One email route.

To report an error, ask about your account, or ask a question about these terms, email hello@formulasignal.com. Material corrections are investigated and displayed transparently.

Terms follow the service.

These terms describe the current scope and may evolve as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
