WHAT IT TRACKS
The Locker keeps the supplements you take, the ones you are considering and the ones you stopped, each saved with the label its brand declared and the date that label was read. It is free for up to 24 products, needs no account to start, and can remind you before a reorder. It does not log daily doses or tell you when to take anything.
Why a label, not a checkbox
The same name can hide a different formula.
Cellucor C4 Original declared 150 mg of caffeine on the label FormulaSignal observed January 25, 2024 and 200 mg on the one observed February 26, 2024. A tracker that only stores the product name cannot tell those two apart.
Keep
Add a covered product and your Locker saves its declared label fields with the source and date. Re-saving never silently swaps in a newer label.
Organize
Group products as In my rotation, Considering or Used before, add a private reorder date, and export the whole list whenever you like.
Watch (optional)
Monitoring checks up to 10 covered products on a schedule and emails confirmed changes with before-and-after evidence, for $7 a month or $59 a year. Monitoring is open for pre-workouts and their adjacent products. Products in the other covered categories can be saved to a Locker free, and monitoring for them has not opened yet.

Is there a free supplement tracker?
Yes. The Locker is free for up to 24 saved products and requests, with collections, dated label references and export. You can start without an account; your draft stays on your device until you choose to save it.
Can it remind me to take my supplements?
No. The Locker does not log doses or send take-your-pills reminders. It can remind you before a reorder date you set, if you turn reminders on in Settings.
What happens when a supplement I track changes its formula?
Your saved label reference stays as it was, so you keep a record of what you had. With monitoring on, you get an email when FormulaSignal confirms a change, with both dated labels attached.
Does it give dosing or health advice?
No. FormulaSignal reports what labels declare and when. Questions about what is right or safe for you belong with a qualified health professional.
