Serving and price context

Both panels state 90 servings of 4 capsules (360 capsules). Creatine per serving fell 16.7% (500 mg), so a container now declares 225 g of creatine monohydrate where it declared 270 g. The brand's own product payload listed $39.99 on 2026-10-31; the 2025 endpoint carries no price, so nothing here says what happened to price.

Sources

Both labels, with their dates

The earlier state is dated June 12, 2025 by an archived copy of the brand's page and the newer state was observed by FormulaSignal on October 31, 2026. Those are the dates of the evidence, not the date the brand made the change.

5 limits on what this shows
  • The evidence establishes an observation window, not an exact reformulation date.
  • An observation date is the date FormulaSignal read a source. It is not a manufacture date and not the date a change was made.
  • The 2025 endpoint is the brand's own panel image (LiposomalCreatineCapsules_SF_square) served by the Wayback Machine on 2025-06-12 and placed in the product tab content of the archived Liposomal Creatine Capsules page of 2025-01-23. The 2026 endpoint is the panel (Liposomal_Creatine_Capsules_360ct_SF_NEW) preserved from the current product page on 2026-10-31; the current page no longer references the earlier panel file. Neither panel names a flavor and the product is sold unflavored. Each panel was read twice independently with every field agreeing. Other ingredients are reported as printed and are not dose claims. The window is two observation dates, not a launch or manufacture date, and bottles with the earlier label may remain on shelves. No laboratory testing is claimed.
  • At least one endpoint did not record its claim set in full, so a claim present on one side and absent on the other is non-disclosure rather than removal.
  • At least one endpoint did not record its certification set in full, so a certification present on one side and absent on the other is non-disclosure rather than removal.
  • The original review date is retained for this record. It is not an independently recorded publication timestamp.
The full finding, in words

On Codeage's own Liposomal Creatine Capsules Supplement Facts panel, creatine monohydrate went from 3,000 mg to 2,500 mg per 4-capsule serving. The serving (4 capsules) and 90 servings per container did not move. The other ingredients list changed too: the earlier panel listed a methylcellulose capsule and non-GMO sunflower oil (containing phosphatidylcholine; liposomal delivery matrix), and the newer one lists a methylcellulose capsule, ascorbyl palmitate, Codeage Helix liposomal delivery (phospholipids from non-GMO sunflower lecithin), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.

  • Servings per container held at 90 across both states.
