What the confirmed change shows

On 1st Phorm's own Level-1 Milk Chocolate Nutrition Facts panel, calcium rose from 130 mg to 250 mg per scoop, cholesterol fell from 75 mg to 60 mg, saturated fat from 1.5 g to 1 g, sodium from 120 mg to 105 mg and potassium from 200 mg to 180 mg. Total carbohydrate rose from 2 g to 3 g and iron from 0.6 mg to 0.7 mg. Calories 130, total fat 2 g, total sugars 2 g, protein 23 g, the 33 g scoop and 30 servings did not move.

Both endpoints are first-party Milk Chocolate panel images from 1st Phorm's own storefront, preserved on their observation dates and each read twice independently with every field agreeing. The page preserved on 2026-09-26 shows only the earlier Milk Chocolate panel; on 2026-10-24 the page labels the new image 'Level-1 Milk Chocolate nutrition facts panel' under a MILK CHOCOLATE heading. The ingredient statements beneath the two panels also differ (the 2026-10-24 statement adds milk protein concentrate); ingredient statements are not transcribed into the Record, so this Signal states only the panel amounts. The window is two observation dates, not a launch or manufacture date, and older tubs may remain on shelves. No laboratory testing is claimed.

Tastes different?

Check your tub against this label. Line by line.

Turn your tub to the Supplement Facts panel. If an amount differs, you hold a different label from the one read here. If every line matches, the label does not explain the difference.

Not checked yet

  • 10 of 12 flavors on the brand's store (2026-10-24) have no panel read yet.
  • Retail labels have not been compared with the brand's own store.
  • Earlier labels may exist that the Record has not recovered; a missing observation is not proof nothing changed.

Labels read from the brand's own store (DTC) channel only. Other channels may sell a different label. The panel is declared product-wide; flavor-specific panels read: Ice Cream Cookie, Milk Chocolate. US market only.

Label read twice. Both readings agree. Not a laboratory test, safety certification, or endorsement of the product. How Signal Verified works

Method

How this page was made.

What FormulaSignal did

  • Read the label 1st Phorm published for Milk Chocolate, dated Oct 24, 2026, twice and independently: 45 of 45 fields agreed.
  • Kept all 2 dated labels with the day each was seen and its source.
  • Counted a change only between two dated labels of the same flavor, size and sales channel: 2 confirmed changes on file.
  • Printed every gap the Record knows about, above, instead of leaving it out.

What it did not do

  • No look inside your tub. A product record does not establish what a particular container holds, and label dates are not manufacture dates.
  • No taste test and no lab test. Every figure is what a label or a brand's own page declares, not what was measured in a tub.
  • No score and no winner. Differences are measured and shown; nothing is rated.
  • No payment and no preview. No brand paid to appear, and none saw this page before it was published.
  • No health advice. Whether an ingredient or an amount suits you is a question for a clinician.

Questions

1st Phorm Level-1: formula questions

Did 1st Phorm Level-1 change its formula?

Yes. Potas. went from 200 mg to 180 mg. Calcium went from 130 mg to 250 mg and Iron went from 0.6 mg to 0.7 mg. Between labels seen Sep 27, 2026 and Oct 24, 2026, compared like for like.

My 1st Phorm Level-1 tastes or feels different. Is it a new formula or a bad batch?

A label can answer half of that: whether the formula on the label changed. Compare the Supplement Facts panel on your tub with the label dated Oct 24, 2026 on this page (it declares Vit. D 0.1 mcg, Calcium 250 mg and Iron 0.7 mg per serving). If your amounts differ, you hold a different label from the one on file. If they match, the label does not explain the difference. FormulaSignal does not test what is inside a tub.

How do I know if I have the old or new 1st Phorm Level-1?

Read the Supplement Facts panel. The label seen Sep 27, 2026 declares 200 mg potas.; the label seen Oct 24, 2026 declares 180 mg. The label seen Sep 27, 2026 declares 130 mg calcium; the label seen Oct 24, 2026 declares 250 mg. The label seen Sep 27, 2026 declares 0.6 mg iron; the label seen Oct 24, 2026 declares 0.7 mg. The date on a tub is not a formula date, so go by the amounts printed.

What did FormulaSignal check, and what not yet?
