How do I know if my supplement changed its formula?

Compare the Supplement Facts panel on your tub with a dated label of the same product, flavor and size. A different amount on the same line is a formula change. Does the date on my tub say which formula it is?
No. A best-by date or lot number does not say which label version is inside. The amounts printed on the panel do, and older stock can stay on shelves after a label changes.
