What the confirmed change shows
On GHOST's own Blue Raspberry Supplement Facts panels, the Legend V3 label declares Natural Caffeine 250 mg, L-Citrulline 4,000 mg and VitaCholine Choline Bitartrate 500 mg per scoop; the V4 label declares 300 mg, 6,000 mg and 1,000 mg. Beta-Alanine 3,200 mg, Theobromine 100 mg, NeuroFactor coffee fruit extract 100 mg, AstraGin 50 mg and 30 servings did not move. The scoop grew from 14 g to 21.5 g.
The before state is GHOST's archived product page of 2023-09-29, which embeds the panel file GHOST_LEGENDV3_BlueRaspberry_SFP.png; on 2026-10-25 GHOST's own CDN still served that file name, and two independent headless agent reads of it agreed on every amount and matched the lines stored on the V3 capture. The after state is GHOST's V4 page preserved 2026-07-23. GHOST's archived V4 page of 2024-11-13 already embeds GHOST_Legend_V4_BlueRaspberry_SFP.png, whose bytes on 2026-10-25 print the same amounts, so V4 was on the brand's page by 2024-11-13; the window states observation dates, not a launch or manufacture date, and older tubs may remain on shelves. This narrows one step of the V1-to-V4 lineage already recorded as chg-ghost-legend-v1-to-v4. The V3 capture holds eight lines, so lines printed on only one panel (V3 Nitrosigine 1,500 mg; V4 Betaine, Senactiv, L-Tyrosine, Taurine and PureWay-C) are not stated as removals or additions. No laboratory testing is claimed.
